Your potential clients make eleven major decisions and formulate “a crucial impression” about you within the first seven seconds of meeting. Your customers and clients immediately unconsciously scan all of the sensory information about you and quickly make opinions and judgements based on this impression, both positively and negatively. In the new world of relying on websites and online media to make a first impression, your business image is crucial. The photographs you select for your online presence will leave a lasting impression, whether it’s positive or negative.

Having images that capture and embody who you are and what you have to offer is the key to attracting and engaging your ideal clients. Images that exude professionalism and integrity and your personality, because it’s you who sets your business apart from the others! Whether your business or organization requires a fresh selection of employee portraits, extensive coverage of your up-and-coming event or images for your website and other promotional initiatives, I am highly skilled at providing each of these for your business:

  • Professional headshots.
  • Capturing your office and location environment including your employees to showcase on your website and other promotional mediums.
  • Creating slideshows using still images, put with powerful music to enhance the impact of your visual marketing and increased community awareness.
  • Capturing short clips of video then combining them together (perhaps with stills) to make a movie which I can even upload to YouTube and Vimeo for your online presence.
  • Assembly of beautiful printed photo books to inform your clients with the complete “picture” and knowledge of your company; mission statement, vision, examples of your products, etc.
  • Event Photography – Capture those important moments, the ambience, the powerful people and networking connections, interviews and speakers and the overall “flavour”. I will quietly, respectfully meander through the event capturing an extensive photographic collection of still images and even little video clips for you to use in your marketing. Take it one step further and then have me create a dynamic slideshow or even short movie of your event! Cost varies, depending on event length/requirements and desired end product(s). Deluxe Business Package $1199

  • Completion of my “All About You & Your Brand” Intake Form
  • 30-minute pre-shoot in-person consultation to clarify your photo needs, upon receipt of your intake form
  • Spend up to FIVE (5) hours in photo session together, in your office / business, or other determined location
  • Multiple outfit changes for different looks
  • Professional coaching for strong and successful poses
  • A combination of still photographs and video will be taken for portraits, staff photos, business / office environment photos, working relationships and short clips of action video too
  • You will receive 25 – 30 impressively edited, high-resolution digital images, provided by email and on a USB memory stick
  • You will also receive an impactful slideshow/ video with background music that will be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, the link made available to be embedded into your website, social media and other marketing initiatives. (As an example, see the event slideshow created for client, The Rainbow Room – click here for the slideshow).
  • A custom-made app of your best business photos and your own logo, to open on your mobile phone or tablet… perfect for sharing with your potential clients while on the run
  • Complete ownership to use your images and slideshow in any/all of your sites, social media or marketing initiatives

 

Business Portrait & Slideshow Package $599

  • Completion of my “All About You & Your Brand” Intake Form
  • 30-minute in-person pre-shoot consultation to clarify your photo needs, upon receipt of your intake form
  • Session includes up to THREE (3) hours together, in your office, at my home studio or a determined location… could be indoors and outdoors for a combination
  • Professional coaching for strong and successful poses
  • Up to FIVE (5) business outfit / accessory changes for different looks
  • You will receive TEN (10) impressively edited, high-resolution digital images, provided through email
  • You will also receive an impactful slideshow/ video with background music that will be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, the link made available to be embedded into your website, social media and other marketing initiatives.   • A custom-made app of your best business photos and your own logo, to open on your mobile phone or tablet… perfect for sharing with your potential clients while on the run
  • Complete ownership to use your images in any/all of your sites, social media or marketing initiatives

 

Basic Business Portrait Package $399

  • Completion of my “All About You & Your Brand” Intake Form
  • 30-minute in-person pre-shoot consultation to clarify your photo needs, upon receipt of your intake form
  • Session includes up to TWO (2) hours together, in your office, at my home studio or a determined location
  • Professional coaching for strong and successful poses
  • Up to THREE (3) business outfit / accessory changes for different looks
  • You will receive FIVE (5) impressively edited, high-resolution digital images, provided through email
  • Complete ownership to use your images in any/all of your sites, social media or marketing initiatives

 

Corporate and Community Event Photography

Document your important event (Conferences, Conventions, Tradeshows, PR Events, Festivals, News and Media)

  • Completion of my “All About You & Your Brand” Intake Form
  • 30-minute pre-shoot phone consultation to clarify your photo needs, upon receipt of your intake form
  • A combination of candid still photographs and action video will be taken to capture the important people, place and moments
  • You will receive impressively edited, high-resolution digital images, provided on a USB memory stick
  • You will also receive an impactful slideshow/ video production with background music that will be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo, the link made available to be embedded into your website, social media and other marketing initiatives. (As an example, see the event slideshow created for client, Charlene SanJenko’s “Women’s Leadership Brunch” – click here for the slideshow)
  • Complete ownership to use your images and slideshow in any/all of your sites, social media or marketing initiatives
  • Event photography is billed by the hour ($175), so no overtime is ever charged. Note, a minimum of two hours for editing will be built into the cost. Agreement of hours will be pre-determined before filling out the Intake Form.

 

Additional Services Available include:

  1. Professional Make-up and Hair Session, in advance of your photo shoot, provided by Rainbow Room Hair Salon, artist will come onsite for extra $100 + gratuity
  2. Additional hour – $300
  3. Each Additional Image, high resolution edited digital – $25

NOTE – Carolyn Clarke Photography reserves the right to adjust fee for services at any time.
